DYNASTS OF LYCIA. Teththiweibi, circa 450-430/20 BC. Stater (Silver, 19 mm, 8.48 g), Kandyba. Winged lion walking left on round shield. Rev. πŠ—πŠ-πŠ‰πŠ‰πŠ†-πŠ‡πŠ-πŠ†πŠ‚πŠ† ('teththiweibi' in Lycian) Tetraskeles in beaded border; all within incuse square. MΓΌseler -, cf. V, 42 (lion standing right). SNG Berry 1161. SNG von Aulock -, cf. 4157 (lion standing right). Rare. The obverse a bit weak and with a test cut, otherwise, good very fine.
